I LEWIS KIRK ...1. ...sell estate to discharge just debts...as my wife may think proper...
2. I will and bequeath to my son PARHAM KIRK the plantation he now lives on...
3. I will and bequeath to my son JOHN KIRK the plantation he now lives on containing 490 ? or 1190? acres...
4. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife SARAH,1 negro man, Job, 1 negro women, Jane and her four children...
I also will to her the residue ? of my estate both real and personal during her natural life and after her death to be equally divided among my 4 oldest children WILLIAM, JAMES, REBECCA, AND SARAH ? (OR Iosiah maybe?)
